Kevin Federline visited Britney Spears in at her rehabilitation centre, Promises in Malibu, California on Friday. It is reported that Kevin only stayed at the facility for half an hour.
This news comes after allegations that it was Kevin's attempt at full custody of his and Britney's two children that drove Britney to shave her head and enter rehab in the first place.
Britney's manager Larry Rudolph issued a statement slamming reports that Britney attempted suicide twice before entering rehab. Publications such as The National Enquirer in the US and Metro magazine in the UK reported that Britney had attempted to end her life by walking in front of a speeding car and had threatened to down a bottle of Xanex.
Rudolph stated:
'The story is absolutely untrue. She is in rehab, and it is very disappointing that various media outlets are running these false stories about her, as Britney tries to get better.'
I find it quite amazing that this whole thing has made people start to side with Kevin Federline as opposed to Britney Spears. I for one am looking at things differently now that Britney's erratic behaviour had become public.
All this time I had the idea that living with Britney would be her constantly performing renditions of 'Slave 4 U' and writhing on a stripper pole, wheras the reality is probably that she would get drunk off her ass, and start singing 'My little teapot' to a wicker chair before beating you senseless with her MTV music video award.
